Ein Leckstrom tritt auf, wenn ein Teil des Gases zwischen Kolben und Zylinderwand austritt und in das Kurbelgeh&auml;use gelangt, w&auml;hrend sich der Kolben nach oben bewegt, um Sauerstoff (O&#8322;) zu komprimieren. Wenn der O&#8322;-Druck im Normalbetrieb den Sollwert des Sicherheitsventils &uuml;berschreitet, gibt das Sicherheitsventil Sauerstoff ab, um den &Uuml;berdruck abzulassen. Wenn der O&#8322;-Booster anh&auml;lt, wird der im System verbleibende komprimierte Sauerstoff ebenfalls abgelassen. (<strong>1<\/strong> ). Seine Qualit&auml;t ist entscheidend f&uuml;r die Leistung des  Boosters und muss den Normen ISO 8573&ndash;1:2010&nbsp;Klasse 2:2:1 entsprechen. Das Sieb (<strong>2<\/strong>) entfernt gro&szlig;e Partikel aus der Rohrleitung. Er filtert nur grobe Verunreinigungen heraus und sollte nicht als regul&auml;rer Filter verwendet werden. Sobald die Rootspumpe bereit ist, gibt die Steuerung (<strong>12<\/strong> ) dem Magnetventil (<strong>3<\/strong> ) das Signal, sich zu &ouml;ffnen, und l&auml;sst O&#8322; in den Pumpenblock (<strong>5<\/strong> ) ein. W&auml;hrend des Abw&auml;rtshubs des Kolbens wird O&#8322; angesaugt; beim Aufw&auml;rtshub wird er zusammengedr&uuml;ckt. Die Verdichtung kann je nach erforderlichem Ausgangsdruck ein- oder zweistufig erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W&auml;hrend der Verdichtung tritt etwas O&#8322; am Kolben vorbei in das Kurbelgeh&auml;use aus. Wenn der Bedarf auf die Abschaltgrenze des VSD sinkt, &ouml;ffnet sich das Regelventil (<strong>7<\/strong> ), um &uuml;bersch&uuml;ssiges O&#8322; zur&uuml;ck in den Einlass zu f&uuml;hren und einen stabilen Betrieb zu gew&auml;hrleisten. Das R&uuml;ckschlagventil (<strong>10<\/strong> ) l&auml;sst Hochdruck-O&#8322; aus der Rootspumpe austreten und verhindert gleichzeitig den R&uuml;ckfluss.
