La clave en el dise\u00f1o de los secadores de adosrci\u00f3n es, por tanto, mantener la p\u00e9rdia de carga lo m\u00e1s baja posible y&nbsp;desarrollar tecnolog\u00edas que permitan que el proceso de regeneraci\u00f3n sea lo m\u00e1s eficiente posible. Esto hace que los secadores sean m\u00e1s eficientes, lo que conduce a&nbsp;un ahorroenerg\u00e9tico  de hasta el 90\u00a0%, dependiendo de la instalaci\u00f3n y&nbsp;el uso. El principio es sencillo. Aunque el tiempo de regeneraci\u00f3n se mantiene constante, el retardo antes de la conmutaci\u00f3n de una torre a&nbsp;la otra se controla mediante el sensor de punto de roc\u00edo. En cuanto se alcanza el punto de roc\u00edo objetivo, se reanuda el ciclo del secador que estaba en espera, conmutando a&nbsp;la torre seca. Retrasar los ciclos de esta forma permite lograr un importante ahorro energ\u00e9tico. Esto ocurre cuando las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n son inferiores a&nbsp;las de referencia, o&nbsp;cuando el caudal fluct\u00faa por debajo de la carga nominal m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n\n
