Ensuite, il passe par le papillon des gaz avec sa soupape de d&eacute;charge int&eacute;gr&eacute;e qui se charge de la r&eacute;gulation de la charge et de la d&eacute;charge. L&rsquo;air passe ensuite &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tape de la compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-large\"><strong><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\">2\/ Premi&egrave;re compression et refroidissement<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pression de l&rsquo;air est augment&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; une pression interm&eacute;diaire, apr&egrave;s quoi l&rsquo;air est refroidi dans le refroidisseur interm&eacute;diaire. Ensuite, il passe par un syst&egrave;me de s&eacute;paration de l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; avant d&rsquo;entrer dans la phase de haute pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-large\"><strong><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\">3\/ Deuxi&egrave;me compression et refroidissement<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la phase de haute pression, la pression est amen&eacute;e &agrave; la pression finale. L&rsquo;air &agrave; la sortie de l&rsquo;&eacute;tage haute pression passe par l&rsquo;amortisseur de pulsations avec clapet anti-retour int&eacute;gr&eacute; vers le refroidisseur final. Il est alors refroidi et l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; est s&eacute;par&eacute;e et &eacute;vacu&eacute;e. L&rsquo;air comprim&eacute; sec avec un point de ros&eacute;e garanti est maintenant pr&ecirc;t &agrave; &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans votre application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-large\"><strong><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\">5\/ D&eacute;bit d&rsquo;huile<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le trajet de l&rsquo;huile dans le compresseur est repr&eacute;sent&eacute; par le flux jaune. La pompe &agrave; huile aspire l&rsquo;huile du carter et la fait passer par le refroidisseur d&rsquo;huile et le filtre &agrave; haute efficacit&eacute;. Les roulements et les engrenages sont ainsi aliment&eacute;s en huile fra&icirc;che et propre. Notez que l&rsquo;huile n&rsquo;entre jamais en contact avec l&rsquo;air.
