compresseur via le filtre d&rsquo;admission, o&ugrave; il est nettoy&eacute;. Il passe ensuite par la soupape de d&eacute;charge qui assure la r&eacute;gulation de la d&eacute;charge de charge. L&rsquo;air continue ensuite vers l&rsquo;&eacute;tage de compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\"><span class=\"custom-text-large\">Premi&egrave;re compression et refroidissement<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pression de l&rsquo;air est port&eacute;e &agrave; la pression interm&eacute;diaire. L&rsquo;air est ensuite refroidi dans le refroidisseur interm&eacute;diaire. L&rsquo;air passe alors dans le syst&egrave;me de s&eacute;paration d&rsquo;humidit&eacute; avant de p&eacute;n&eacute;trer dans l&rsquo;&eacute;tage haute pression. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\"><span class=\"custom-text-large\">Deuxi&egrave;me compression et refroidissement<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet &eacute;tage, la pression est port&eacute;e &agrave; la pression finale. Le flux d&rsquo;air &agrave; la sortie de l&rsquo;&eacute;tage haute pression passe dans l&rsquo;amortisseur de pulsations &eacute;quip&eacute; d&rsquo;un clapet anti-retour et se dirige dans le refroidisseur final. Il y&nbsp;est refroidi et l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; est s&eacute;par&eacute;e et &eacute;vacu&eacute;e. L&rsquo;air comprim&eacute; sec avec point de ros&eacute;e garanti est maintenant pr&ecirc;t &agrave; &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans votre application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"custom-text-highlight\"><span class=\"custom-text-large\">D&eacute;bit d&rsquo;huile<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le passage d&rsquo;huile dans le compresseur est repr&eacute;sent&eacute; par le circuit jaune. La pompe &agrave; huile aspire l&rsquo;huile du carter d&rsquo;huile et la dirige vers le r&eacute;frig&eacute;rant d&rsquo;huile et un filtre hautement efficace. De l&rsquo;huile propre et froide est ainsi fournie aux roulements et aux engrenages. Notez que l&rsquo;huile n&rsquo;entre jamais en contact avec l&rsquo;air.
