블로우 바이 유량<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

회색선은 블로우 바이 유량(C<\/strong>)를 나타냅니다. 블로우 바이는 피스톤이 산소(O₂)를 압축하기 위해 상향 이동할 때, 일부 가스가 피스톤과 실린더 벽 사이로 누설되어 크랭크케이스로 유입되는 현상을 의미합니다. 정상 운전 중 O₂ 압력이 안전 밸브의 설정값을 초과할 경우, 안전 밸브가 작동하여 과잉 압력을 해소하기 위해 산소를 방출합니다. 또한 O₂ 부스터가 정지하면 시스템 내에 남아 있는 압축 산소를 배출합니다. 블로우 바이 유량은 이렇게 방출된 모든 O₂를 집적하여 부스터 외부로 안전하게 배출합니다.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

저압 산소(O₂)가 유입구(1<\/strong>)를 통해 유입됩니다. 품질은 부스터 성능에 매우 중요하며 ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2:2:1 표준을 충족해야 합니다. 여과기(2<\/strong>)는 배관 내의 큰입자를 제거합니다. 다만 거친 불순물만을 걸러내는 장치로, 일반적인 필터로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 부스터가 준비되면 컨트롤러(12<\/strong>)는 솔레노이드 밸브(3<\/strong>)가 열리도록 신호를 보내서 O₂가 펌프 블록(5<\/strong>)으로 들어가게 합니다. 피스톤이 하향 행정 시 O₂가 흡입되며, 상향 행정 시 압축됩니다. 압축은 필요한 배출구 압력에 따라 1단계 또는 2단계로 발생할 수 있습니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

압축 과정에서 O₂의 온도가 상승하면, 쿨러(6<\/strong>)가 이를 공정 요구 사항에 맞는 수준으로 낮춥니다. 수요가 VSD의 턴다운 한계까지 감소하면, 조절 밸브(7<\/strong>)가 개방되어 과잉 O₂를 유입부로 재순환시켜며 안정적인 운전을 유지합니다. 체크 밸브(10<\/strong>)를 통해 역류를 방지하면서 고압 O₂가 부스터를 빠져나갈 수 있습니다. 부스터가 정지하면 컨트롤러(12<\/strong>)가 솔레노이드 밸브(8<\/strong>)를 활성화하여 남은 압축 O₂를 배출합니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
