De r\u00e5material som extraheras fr\u00e5n naturen har dock en heterogen sammans\u00e4ttning. \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bF\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 denna homogena cementsammans\u00e4ttning kr\u00e4vs flera homogeniseringsfaser. <strong><\/strong> En av dessa faser \u00e4r f\u00f6rhomogeniseringsfasen, i denna fas av produktionsprocessen kommer material in i en stor lagerhall via ovansidan och l\u00e4ggs i lager <strong>i en specifik sekvens<\/strong>. Detta s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att r\u00e5varorna blandas och att blandningen <strong>\u00e4r homogen<\/strong>. Efter lagring och ytterligare homogenisering i hallen extraheras materialet fr\u00e5n botten av silon f\u00f6r transport till r\u00e5kvarnen. Dessa skikt har vanligtvis olika sammans\u00e4ttningar. Skikten bryts upp genom en specifik ventilstyrning vid silons botten.
